r rightly so as I was angry that company failed completely to do anything of substance for me during period off work
.told boss off admitted error of ways and improved boss acknowledged improvement I thought situation resolved

Advise her situation resolved to both mine and team leaders satisfaction action I can’t get told off penalised twice for same offense
<Site manager didn’t like being challenged >Two weeks later in meeting with national manager and hr rep from head office national manager wanted to go over misdemeanours all over again advise her the same as site manager all sorted i can’t get told off penalised twice for same offense
<Two weeks later called in to performance management meeting micro-managed retrospectively back four months in minute detail that in itself is illegal
<Fought them for 8 and half months caught them with pants down re health safety issues
<They panicked and issued me with final written warning forced mediation forced resignation
<Found out that all managers had attended a “boot camp” as site was failing across board their resolution sack one from every team to send clear message across work place team leaders told do whatever hr would back them to hilt
<Two weeks after I had “resigned “ the stamped my file de not re-employ effectively a restraint of trade as telecommunications is all I know

Disciplinary meetings and signed off as a true and correct record by site manager
Suggestions
I’m not sue how you can prove that there was a plot to get rid of you by the entire management team refer sequence above
Your manager did not commit fraud as such but he did commit an act of deception by leading you and other people to believe that a customer had complained about you which was false
I would like to know how your manager went about the deception did he do it in writing or just verbally? Refer above incident was related to the way I I handled a call with and ihc girl .manager advised that she had written a letter indicating I was “condescending patronising and rude “ I realised at that point all was lost they were blatantly lying to me there is no way an ihc person would understand the concept of condersending and patronising let alone spell it or covey it to a third party
If he did it in writing then you need to concentrate on suing your manager and don’t get bogged down in other side issues : trying to telecom has employed a top lawyer John Rooney from Simpson Grierson these dudes are up there Russell McVeigh very heavy hitters
Telecom uses it deep pockets to pound the crap of you few can afforded to litigate against them
So I have been fighting using various ways of getting government agencies to the work for me hence all the letters
Plus I keep trapping them lying to me so hence all the posts on my blog its called “hoist with your own petard “old English saying which essentially
Translates as destroying yourself with your own weapon
I post all their correspondence on blog advise old friends in telecom of same on face book late Sunday by mid Monday it right across telecom
They got really heavy and tried to threaten me with defamation
My reply was hamlet act three scene two or some such” the lady doth protest to much “
Plus I highlighted theirs lies written in their own hand and said bring it on they promptly backed down
any determination on the fraud will send shock waves thru telecom as well as the employment world as it will require any disciplinary action to be absolutely word perfect
It will mean a full audit of telecom hr and the era will be flooded with appeals

It is impossible to get justice it doesn’t exist you just get the law applied and that manipulated constantly I would not be surprised if the have templates of legal who har and they just change the name of the participants
