Well I had the conference call with the employment relations authority and telecoms lawyers and the process is starting
I am now required to give submission as to
1 why the respondents are considered my employer
2 why the mediated settlement should not apply than we have a meeting on April 1st at 10 am
re these matters and a lady named Vicky will determine that based on the evidence produced
lots to consider so will have to research my notes
