my conundrum

In  a corporate environment , where swingers sex, on work time , in work premises, is ignored, but a false letter of complaint is used to micro manage out those whom have served loyally for almost four decades , how does one seek recourse for this injustice, in this a free and democratic society.
Does the rule of law suffice, does documented evidence have credence, is protection from government departments charged with policing policies and statues provided.
Not under this government.
Bureaucratic ping pong, where the crime is acknowledged by both agencies , but deemed the others responsibility is the disingenuous response.
The corporate lawyer acknowledges the perpetuated falsehood, but reinforces the HR spin with no expense spared, damn the impudence of those ‘whom should know their place’ and should just comply with the forced expulsion.
Whom now  lies exposed, the injured party surrounded by the paperwork of all those complicit in this deceit, and the pawns in the government department stepping in time to the corporate drum beat, with their formal well phrased denials on official letterheads now filed and indexed indentifying the misplaced credence of those in authority whom serve to protect...yeah right....  but we now have it all on record, let’s bring it out of the shadows and into the sunlight, and let the deniers file their claims to dispute their own written word

Three years today .time for a vent

Today marks the third year anniversary of my exit from Telecom achieved in part with a fraudulent document which was consequently found to be non –existent

The five people named in my blog are the subject of a police complaint laid with the head of the CIB in Hamilton, the acceptance of this complaint serves to give validity to my claims of fraud

The Minister of Labour the highest authority in the land in regard to employment law deems it a crime , requiring the attention of the serious fraud office and the police
...
A local MP has offered their support currently a investigation letter rests on the Minister of Justice desk asking for it to be addressed at ministerial level

it is a crime and it will be addressed

Sin casts a long shadow .especially on the internet, your children, and your children’s children etc etc will discover documents signed off by yourselves as true and correct records

That shows all for what you really are, people who lack honesty and integrity

Parents suffer no greater pain then the looks of disappointment and disgust in the eyes of their children that perhaps will be my reward

the same applies for your staff as they percieve loyalty trust honesty and integrity are not values held by management as always my blog is http://hwyop.blogspot.co.nz/
The fraud that was committed was they used my conversation with an ihc girl who had run up a huge bill talking to her boy friend, the type of person most in the call centre would have flicked off .It was a challenging conversation but all was resolved in the end to everybodys satisfaction

However because my team leader Shaun Hoult was being pushed the site manager Michelle Young and national manager Bridgett Dalzell to micro-manage me out
...
The told me in notes signed of as true and correct records that this intellectually handicapped girl had complained that I was condescending, patronising .and rude

At that point very early in the disciplinary procedure I knew I was being lied to by my managers

Without denigrating the young lady’s disability she lacks the intellectual capacity to form and understand the concepts of condescending and patronising
Test explain to me the difference between the two not easy is it

We don’t need to change the teacher to fix this we just need to hold them accountable for their fraud as they all lack the moral fibre to hold themselves accountable .this one act taints thier position and their souls they may well live to regret it

i will continue to persue them till they are held accountable  once held accountable i will then move to disrupt thier lives in a way they will never see coming or imagine and do so legally

sex in the work place

interesting articule this raises some questions
"But if an alleged sexual harasser is in a position of authority he or she is deemed to be a "representative" of the employer and the behaviour is deemed to be that of the employer"
so its ok for senior staff members in some organsations to "screw the crew"
on occasion two  different crew members in the same night  and this perhaps predatory behaviour goes unchecked
interesting that he or she is deemed to be a "representative" of the employer and the behaviour is deemed to be that of the employer
i wonder if she included a performance review regading same and did they get a pay rise wonder which box was ticked  above expectations mmm?
time it was addressed me thinks maybe i will out them to senior mangement nah perhaps to the media

"Before taking action against an employee on the grounds of sexual harassment, an employer should ask themselves: "What could a fair and reasonable employer do in all the relevant circumstances?"
well well well  unfortunately when i was being disciplined before being exited form the company i was asked by my team leader at the time what i considered to be a suitable punishment for my misdemeanors
i replied considering a ccm and a team leader which i named got caught out screwing each other in company time in a small room on the sixth floor both where married but not to each other  i felt a verbal warning would suffice
the note taker of the meeting a representative from hr  failed to note this exchange  in the meeting note signed of by management as a true and correct record
interesting that aye i mean "What could a fair and reasonable employer do in all the relevant circumstances?"
well we all know the answer to that
question  do you think it was fair and resonable  i didnt

trust

Where I went wrong was I trusted the people and organisation to have the same ethics and morals as I had

Quotes that resonate with the way I felt and the work environment I was in

With all the corruption, scandals and ethics problems everywhere I turn. it seems like trusting people is a huge risk –maybe to much of a rick for me
Doing “more with less” seems to bring out the worst in people I work with .tensions are higher than ever .how can we build trust in our organisation when we are under such pressure to perform

I have seen so many people get burned .i have no idea anymore who I can trust

We are part of an industry that’s heavily regulated and subjected to all kinds of rules –all of which scream distrust .how can we build trust inside our organisation in such a low trust setting

In deciding whether or not to trust someone .how do I know whether to go with my head or my heart

How can I risk trusting someone when the costs of being wrong are so great
