Trust is like a mirror

Trust is like a mirror.. you can fix it if it's broken, but you can still see the cracks in that mother fucker's reflection.

Now for those that have been following my blog.

Over the coming weeks
I am going to educate you about what really goes on behind the scenes.
The  first that will be covered; will be "work place mobbing"
What is that you say?

Workplace mobbing: the ganging up of managers and/or co-workers against a target, subjecting this worker over time to a fury of hostile communications, humiliations, harassment, tricks and punishments, toward the goal of running the target out of his or her job.

That doesn't happen in Telecom... surely?
Well I am going to give you, just a little taste of what I had to endure.
Not in my words, but in the words of those people that participated in the running of me out of my job.
So watch this space

It is really amazing what a inquiry to the privacy commission uncovered.

You will see the soft underbelly and the duplicity that management engage in, this in their own words!!!!!!
These people no longer have my trust, confidence or respect and when I have finished enlightening you, they wont have yours either
You will look at them and think rather poorly of them for the rest of your involvement with them.

The documents provide will be scans of their own correspondence

the relationship of trust and confidence

So  one of the rats has left  the sinking ship, left a couple of months ago  right about the time I released on line, my submission to the era perhaps he read it and discovered that I had exposed the fact that he didn’t do his job properly .
He obviously could for tell where all this is heading and decided he would jump before he was pushed .never mind we will find him an call him back for a court appearance
During my many disciplinary meetings as they set me up I was happily losing my cool and setting them up ,
During one of the meeting they pulled the usual stunt of asking me what I thought was as suitable  punishment for my misdemeanours
My reply was  well if we acknowledge the fact that a certain call centre manager named ***  and a team leader named ***** where caught out without their knowledge engaged in sexual intercourse  in the small sixth floor room behind where team manager Pam wilton  sits  and the team leader took a photo of the central pivotal point of their conjoined bodies and flashed it around the other team leaders on the sixth floor  skitting of his sexual prowess did I mentioned they were both married but not each other

I think a verbal warning would suffice don’t you

This went down like a lead balloon

but the important thing to note is it wasn’t entered into the meeting notes .guess who the note taker was and guess who which teamleader  signed the notes off as a true a correct record

NOW WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU

Employment law  states

The employer must not, without reasonable and proper cause, conduct itself in a manner calculated and likely to destroy or seriously damage the relationship of trust and confidence between employer and employee

Oh fucking dear and then we add fraud to the mix oh fuck now that did damage the relationship of trust

finished with the ERA but not the fight

The role of the Authority in regarding his claims and allegations is now completed. If Mr Evans-McLeod is unhappy with my determination he has 28 days from the date of the determination to file a challenge (appeal) with the
Employment Court
”.

Well today marks 28 days from the date of my determination but is this the end of my fight with telecom

No not by a long shot but it does at this point make the end of my dealings with the Employment Relations Authority , unfortunately the Authority is/was focused on the system and process and especially the timing: completely ignoring the fact that fraud  was perpetrated to get me to get to the mediation

So telecom was quite adroit in manipulating same to their advantage so as per previous posts when I couldn’t get an answer I took another approach thought out of the box and sent my concerns to the Department of Labour  as we all know it is now in the hands of the minister and for good measure I sent it to the attorney general as well

I have already had a reply from a Labour Minster in opposition asking for more details and clarification perhaps he is going to ask a question in the house I certainly hope so

The question remains unanswered

If the disciplinary procedure was “tainted” by fraud some questions arise .

1. Does this act of fraud proven
with details supplied with my submission , negate any and all effects of the mediation and events that flowed from it , if it doesn’t please show me the precedence in law that allows it
2. If it does so, with whom and how do I seek recourse
3. Who holds Telecom to account for this illegal act
4. Does the DOL once presented with the proof act for me

So these are good questions they go to the heart of the matter because failure to act and answer them makes a mockery of the laws that support the employment authorities and employment law so I wait patiently for the outcome oh bugger it a election year as well

Oh and the other plus is the department of labour and the minister will be acting on my behalf when questioning Telecom

How ever if it requires me to charge them with fraud all five of them to progress the matter that will have to happen nothing personal, just business
i worked hard for years i personally feel i deserve a decent retirement
As usual I will keep you updated  sat 20th of Aug makes the two year anniversary of my exit from telecom  I think I should do something audacious to celebrate

workplace mobbing:

Each behvaiour meted out to me  bears in some illuminating way on a distinct and terrifying organizational pathology identified in the 1980s by Swedish psychologist Heinz Leymann  and researched since then by scholars around the globe

Leymann called the pathology workplace mobbing: the ganging up of managers and/or co-workers against a target, subjecting this worker over time to a fury of hostile communications, humiliations, harassments, tricks and punishments, toward the end of running the target out of his or her job.

However even though i might just lose this battle i have not lost the war as the participants still fail miserably to percieve the end game  thier names will be tainted by this action to the end of time all by thier own actions

a couple of things

A couple of things amaze me about all this one is nobody has worked out the end run the other who is going to be the sacrificial lamb/lambs

Not who but how many will be  cast out  then they will learn a lesson about corperations and loyalty
education is expensive these days

What is the other facet about fraud that should be concerning them
dam that one is a multi- choice question
