I wasn’t getting enough traction i required on my police complaint of fraud against five of my former employers,

Your complaint has been received by the Hamilton CIB at Hamilton Police Station.

Before any complaint files are assigned for investigation it is necessary for each file to be individually assessed to determine whether:

  1. A criminal offence has occurred.
  2. The person responsible can be identified.
  3. That there is sufficient legally admissible evidence linking the offender with the crime.

Each formal complaint is prioritised according to the seriousness, complexity, amount of money involved, public interest, physical and emotional impact on the person defrauded, availability of witnesses and the weight of evidence linking the offender to the crime. 

This process is time consuming but allows for a structured and consistent approach to complaints.  We constantly receive cases of a more serious nature which require an immediate response and intervention, so we regularly have to prioritise and review the cases we work on and how we deal with them. 

Police are concerned about the impact that this crime has had on you and we will endeavour to investigate the matter

 so i sent a letter to the minister of police the honourable Anne Tolley

Have received correspondence informing, me letter has been forwarded to the office of the commissioner of police

Now if the commissioner of police wants to keep his job he does, what his minister wants

To get the minister to do what you want, you send a copy of your concerns to the mp in the opposition that holds the same portfolio; he makes the sitting member holding the portfolio aware of the correspondence so it has to be addressed
Otherwise the sitting member faces a question in the house oh bugger

Am I bullying them into submission, no just holding them to account for their dishonesty of using an illegal act to force me out?

This one will be interesting as my former employer if you have read my blog as already admitted the fraud. Although it took them six months to admit to it, they don’t appear to perceive the ramifications of their actions, not only in their work place but in the employment arena oh well you can’t teach stupid

 No it is not an employment matter covered under the rules of settlement reached under s149 of the employment relations act
there is no statutory bar preventing me THIS TIME

Other wise the minister of labor would have  advised me in writing and told me to go away
She actually advised me to the contrary advising me to take it to the serious fraud office or lay a compliant to the police

Yes the police commissioner has a copy ,me i am looking forward to the questions in parliament

read telecom s code of ethics and code of conduct perhaps if you had not acted inappropriately you would be in this mess

all that work down drain never mind you only done 10 years still young
plenty of time to start afresh plenty of jobs around they always looking for night packers

you have 2 business days cob 5 pm Tues 20th march settle resolve and signed off by Paul Reynolds 
your staff if convicted will lose their jobs they can do that with a police record or with out one 
i showing as much sympathy as was shown me fair is fair 
i have no assets and no chattels nothing to lose aye

synopsis

<You were forced to resign or be dismissed and you decided to resign . correct resigning looks better than dismissed on a cv
I assume you received a lump sum for resigning  .correct I got resigning leave they were so thick they didn’t realise I was entitled to it
<Your entire management team and human recourses manager ganged up on you yes I went thru privacy commission to get details  sequence went like this   six weeks after returning from hospital after a heart attack called into office re work product .
r rightly so as I was angry that company failed completely to do anything of substance for me during period off work
.told boss off admitted error of ways and improved  boss acknowledged improvement I thought situation resolved
<Sometime later called into site managers office she wanted to go over misdemeanours all over again
Advise her situation resolved to both mine and team leaders satisfaction action I can’t get told off penalised twice for same offense
<Site manager didn’t like being challenged >Two weeks later in meeting with national manager  and hr rep from head office national manager wanted to go over misdemeanours all over again advise her the same as site manager all sorted i can’t get told off penalised twice for same offense
<Two weeks later called in to performance management meeting  micro-managed retrospectively back four months in minute detail that in itself is illegal
<Fought them for 8 and half months caught them with pants down re health safety issues
<They panicked and issued me with final written warning forced mediation forced resignation
<Found out that all managers had attended a “boot camp” as site was failing across board their resolution   sack one from every team to send clear message across work place team leaders told do whatever  hr would back them to hilt  
<Two weeks after I had “resigned “  the stamped my file de not re-employ effectively a restraint of trade as telecommunications is all I know


<!Your manger was the one who committed fraud correct

<He told other people that a customer had complained about you in writing but no such letter existed. Correct this fact was repeated constantly in
Disciplinary meetings and signed off as a true and correct record by site manager  

Suggestions

I’m not sue how you can prove that there was a plot to get rid of you by the entire management team refer

Your manager did not commit fraud as such but he did commit an act of deception by leading you and other people to believe that a customer had complained about you which was false

I would like to know how your manager went about the deception did he do it in writing or just verbally? Refer above incident was related to the way I I handled a call with and ihc girl .manager advised that she had written a letter indicating I was “condescending patronising and rude “ I realised at that point all was lost  they were blatantly lying to me  there is no way an ihc person would understand the concept of condersending and patronising  let alone spell it or covey it  to a third party

If he did it in writing then you need to concentrate on suing your manager and don’t get bogged down in other side issues  : trying to telecom has employed a top lawyer  John Rooney from Simpson Grierson  these dudes are up there Russell McVeigh very heavy hitters 

Telecom uses it deep pockets to pound the crap of you few can afforded to litigate against them
                So I have been fighting using various ways of getting government agencies to the work for me hence all the letters
                Plus I keep trapping them lying to me so hence all the posts on my blog its called “hoist with your own petard “old English saying which essentially
                Translates as destroying yourself with your own weapon
                 I post all their correspondence on blog  advise old friends in telecom of same on face book  late Sunday by mid Monday it right across telecom
               
                They got really heavy and tried to threaten me with defamation              
                My reply was hamlet act three scene two or some such” the lady doth protest to much “
                Plus I highlighted theirs lies written in their own hand and said bring it on they promptly backed down

            any determination on the fraud will send shock waves thru telecom as well as the employment world as it will require any disciplinary action to be        absolutely word perfect
                It will mean a full audit of telecom hr and the era will be flooded with appeals
               

Keep in touch but keep it simple and keep reading my articles on Ronnie’s Blog  will do And thanks for listening  the whole system is corrupt it can be made hard on both the employer and the employee it like a divorce court the only winners are the lawyers   it is just a big rort  disguised as  the law
                It is impossible to get justice it doesn’t exist you just get the law applied and that manipulated constantly  I would not be surprised if the have templates of legal who har and they just change the name of the participants

an ‘eye for and eye”

Well  I gave myself three years  to complete my task , a third has been done the other two thirds has yet to come to fruition .i have done as much as I can the rest lies in the hands of the media and the judiciary and other government agencies  we shall see what comes to the fore in 2012

They marked my file “do not re-employ” two weeks after my “resignation” which effectively ruined my life as telecom was the only industry I know. They did just because they could, so I have reaped biblical revenge  an ‘eye for and eye”
They will work it out in due course by hey you can’t teach stupid  

There will be no posts for a while as they will reveal what may or may not come to pass .however  all legal documents will be posted as well as the outcomes

HI   Paul
Sorry but this may spoil you day
I worked for Telecom for 39 years 3 months
Only to be tossed out by individuals 5 of them who lacked honesty and integrity and whose cumulative service didn’t come close to measuring up to mine
I really enjoyed working for Telecom until the last year
They left me with wrecked health, a marriage collapsing under the strain, a forced resignation and a do not re-employ stamped on my file 
Some team you have
I hope you are proud
The medical people have now told me I have a life threatening condition I have sold my house and chattels to friends and family
So I’m stuck on the dole basically there is not a lot more you can do to me
All I wanted was to be treated with honesty, integrity, and transparency .i was more than happy to be judged amongst my peers on a level playing field
But no I was cast aside forgotten by an uncaring group happy to sacrifice their souls for promotion The letter enclosed from your lawyer indicates you no longer want to listen so I have found others that will
They did not listern, they did not know how ,perhaps they will listen now
They are not listening, they are not listening still, perhaps they never will

The end of one of my letters
Tied up in this act of fraud
It is no small sum approximately $480.000.00
My only options left after this the chief of police, the police minister, the ombudsman and the media

well actually i have more options but they just havent worked it all out yet

Several weeks ago I posted a hard copy of above attachment address to the Head of the C I B, Central Police Station Bridge Street Hamilton

As of to days email I have received a nil response, not even the courtesy of acknowledgement of the receipt of the letter

This is of concern and I ask your office for its assistance in this matter

I draw your attention, also to the following article  

It bears certain similarities to mine except in my case it is the employer committing fraud not the employee

Had a call from the police today a senior sergeant named Peter, he knew me from a number of years ago when I lived at a different address, a young girl was murdered behind my house I was called on to assist them with their enquires and surveillance

What a small world is t just surreal how it all works out in the end it.  I did them a good turn and now my efforts have come back to reward me

Karma with a capital K

Anyway it was do it was do with my complaint regarding the Fraud telecom perpetrated on me

I am now required to do what’s called a letter of complaint.

This is required to take the form of a time line of events each with supported and substantiated evidence this will on forwarded to the Head of C I B

So I have about a week to produce it so it not a biggie this is where I expected it all to end up .now people will appreciate why I went thru the privacy commission

So,
A
 I have the false accusations detailed as true and correct signed off by my team leader Shaun Hoult l and Michelle young

B I have two witnesses to all the meetings, one hostile Iain Galloway Site Hr Telecom. One not Peter Cooper-Davies my union rep

C Plus additional participants Hannah Sullivan and Bridgette Dalzell  this will get interesting when the shit hits the fan as to who will take the blame and who will be the sacrificial lamb  Shaun think your need to buy some mint sauce your toasted sorry roasted

D have the acknowledgement via the telecom lawyer that the document doesn’t exist

He said I might need a lawyer to assist. I said apart from a couple of mistakes I’m doing just fine.

It’s the law they broke it I have the proof in hard copy out of their own mouths .all it takes is planning and patience


the wheels of justice grind slowly but they grind exceedingly small ,

though with patience ,he stands waiting, with exactness grinds he all.
