TELECOMS RESPONSE

Response from telecom re employment relations authority proceedings

Well things are moving along received response via ERA and Telecom regarding my concerns

Came from a John Rooney a partner of Simpson Greierson whoa they the big boys shit !!!

They are basing their case on the fact that I have attended mediation signed and agreement etc etc as per previous post I’m concerned as to the legality of their actions in getting me there
So what happens now well today I received more information from era advising me that the authority member that will be investigating the matter will be a lady named Vicki Campbell the support officer Stephen Berry will be calling me shortly to discuss
1. attendance at mediation
2. discussing the time date and venue for the investigation meeting
3. timetabling of information to come to the authority
4. identify the number and identification of witness
5. checking the remedies sought
6. outlining the process of the investigation meeting ,clarifying any issues

this next bit is going to be interesting especially around calling the witness.es as there will be a few and I have to find some way of protecting them as telecom management can and has proven to be a little vindictive when they are crossed rather than applauding the integrity of the person actions they question the loyalty of “whistleblower”

the authority has just rung and confirmed the time of the conference call as to be Thursday 11.30 am 4 march

so I’m off to write a letter requesting a list of witness who were in attendance at the boot camps and all and any team meetings in which Bridgette Dalzell was present

so await my next blog

  1. Good on you Paul.
Absolute incompetence and arse licking by puppets that call themselves managers. As you can see they have dumped all the people that have indepth knowledge of the industry and employed yes men and women.

Hence the XT Network. I advised everyone not to change to the XT network as it was doomed from the start. Why? Again incompetent people that are too scared to say no this is not right and it will not work.

The old saying "Do unto others as you would do unto you"
For the sake of the amatures in Telecom this means. Stand up for what is right and wrong.

I do not believe the people that have been the sacrificial lambs with the XT debarcle were micro managed as you were but given a golden hand shake to leave quietly.
For the sake of the amatures in Telecom this means a shit load of money to protect others incompetence.

Yes Paul you have been shafted so they would not have to pay you redundancy.

Again due to the current financial situation in NZ there has been no loyalty for NZ from Telecom (i.e the customer) and society as they have sent jobs to manilla to make a quick buck and screwed the staff, contractors etc.

    Go for it

  3. thanks mr head

yes there used to be a bounty paid to managers who where able to successfully got people out without having to pay anything near what they where due

how do they justify it to thier kids

here you are you two your new trikes are courtesy i someones life i successfully destroyed

reminds me of the person who was called to account for possible misdermeaners whith regard to his work practices

the underlying reason was the baord had decided that superanuation was not going to be paid out on his old contract

the short story is that on the day of his dissmal he requested that he be allowed two support people

just before he was handed his final notice he warned the manager not to do it he failed to heed the warning to his and the companys detriement

he than introduced his support people one was from the companies insurance people the other was the local fire chief
he than informed the manager that one of his warehouses was not compliant it held close to 500m worth of stock
cost them 500k to make it compliant
he than informed the manager he was happy to discuss a number of similar issues
